Yield: 1 glass

Ingredients:
• ½ large apple, peeled
• ½ kiwi
• 1 handful baby spinach
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 cm fresh ginger
• 1 tsp raw sugar
• 100ml water
• Ice cubes
