I love to move. As a matter fact, I would rather move than sit. The power of movement to open up the body, mobilize the joints and create an increased sense of well being is so important.

I especially like to start my day with exercise and Yoga stretch. A consistent morning stretch program is beneficial on so many levels. It promotes improved posture, increased blood flow, improved energy, and fewer aches & pains. Yah!!

I find that for me it connects me to my body, my breath, and creates a positive outlook to go into the rest of my day as well.
